SkillsPath combines individual career counselling with an AI-powered skills assessment tool. You are at the centre of the process: the digital tool helps you document your experiences and skills in a structured way. The results are then reviewed and discussed together with a qualified advisor, who helps connect them to your interests and career goals. The technology provides guidance and suggestions, but it does not replace personal counselling or your own decisions.
Project teams exchange experiences and best practices across countries. This enables them to compare approaches, further develop local solutions, and apply their insights to the future design of employment and career support services.

SkillsPath not only provides support for young people but also explores how AI-powered skills assessment can be effectively integrated into existing guidance and counselling services. Employment services, training providers, local authorities, and employers are involved through exchange, training, and networking activities. The focus is on practical approaches to inclusive recruitment, suitable training pathways, and strengthening the link between existing skills and local labour market needs.
Insights gained during the pilot phase will be incorporated into a publicly available practical guide, enabling successful approaches and tools to be adapted and applied in other programmes and services.
