From Lived Experience to Digital Support: Best Practices from AinoAid™

AinoAid™ combines human expertise, AI-guided conversations and a trusted knowledge base to provide multilingual, anonymous and accessible support for survivors, as well as professionals. Today, AinoAid™ is available in seven European countries and has supported more than 100,000 users. Its development demonstrates how AI can be applied responsibly in sensitive contexts, while keeping safety, accessibility and survivor needs at the centre.

In this webinar, the team behind AinoAid™ will share how the service was designed and scaled through close collaboration with survivors, frontline professionals and partner organisations. Rather than starting with technology, the development process began with understanding real-world needs and translating them into practical digital solutions.
